A full-coverage print is only as good as the file behind it. Here is what to prepare so your bags come out as sharp as they look on screen.

Files we accept

• AI or PDF for logos and graphics, which scale without breaking up
• PNG for paintings and photographs
• 150–300 DPI at the bag's actual size

How much resolution is enough?

Work from the width of the bag face. For a bag 14 inches wide:

• at 150 DPI the image should be at least about 2,100 pixels wide
• at 300 DPI it should be about 4,200 pixels wide

Images saved from chats or social media are usually shrunk too far. If you have the original file from your photographer or designer, send that.

Where to place logos and text

• Handles are sewn on the inside, so there are no handle stitches over the print and a logo can use the whole face.
• The stitch line under the opening runs about 1.5 inches below the top edge. Background artwork can run over it, but keep logos and text clear of it.
• Left and right edges need at least 1 cm of safe margin, because about 1 cm of fabric folds in at the seams.
• The bottom edge is one continuous piece with the base. Keep text about 1 inch above the base.

Artwork that wraps around the bag

• Heritage and Elite use three pieces of fabric: the front, base and back are one continuous piece, and the two sides are separate pieces. Every face can be designed separately.
• Classic is one piece folded at the base, so the front and back meet at the bottom edge.

A note on colour

The canvas itself is white; every colour comes from the print. If you want a pink, cream or navy bag, put that background colour into your design file and we print it across the whole piece.

• Or let the illustrators we work with design it for you, with no design fee. Weddings and birthdays include the painting from 50 pcs. For corporate and brand orders, small changes to a design you already have start at 50 pcs, and a completely new design starts at 200 pcs.

What you see before production

• After the deposit, or once corporate credit terms are agreed, we send a digital proof within 3–5 working days.
• From 200 pcs we run a real print test on fabric.
• From 500 pcs we make one complete sample bag.
• Want to reorder the same design later? We keep your files, so there is nothing to resend.
