A tote printed edge to edge with your logo is a gift staff and clients use all year, so your brand keeps being seen long after the holidays. But year-end production queues fill up and internal approvals take time, so planning ahead matters most.

When to start

Order at least 3–4 weeks before you need the bags, and for the year-end season, the earlier you book the safer. Production takes about 2–6 weeks after the design is approved, depending on the queue and quantity.

Remember to allow for your own internal approval time too. If your hand-out date is fixed, tell us and we will check the queue before we quote.

Count back from the hand-out date

• Set the date you need the bags in hand and count back.
• Send a brief — quantity, preferred model, and your logo or CI files. We reply within 24 hours, every day.
• Get the quotation — and submit it for internal approval.
• Confirm the order — with a deposit, or no deposit once credit terms are in place.
• Receive the proof — within 3–5 working days.
• Approve and produce — about 2–6 weeks.
• QC and delivery — every bag packed in its own clear bag, included in the price.

Match the model to your budget

• Classic Tote ฿70–100 per bag, for high-volume giveaways
• Heritage Tote ฿170–200 per bag, with a structured base. Our recommendation for year-end gifts; an optional trolley strap is available at extra cost.
• Elite Tote ฿270–300 per bag, extra-heavy canvas for executives and VIP clients

Design fee and pre-production samples

• No separate design fee. Small changes to a design or CI you already have (names, colours) start at 50 pcs; a completely new design starts at 200 pcs.
• From 200 pcs we run a real print test on fabric.
• From 500 pcs we make one complete sample bag.
• Brand labels and hang tags are available from 500 pcs at extra cost, itemised in the quotation.
